The Airdrie Angels are a community-run, non-profit organization, who rely 100% on volunteers. To keep our registration fees affordable and ensure our players have the best experience possible, we rely on the helping hands of our amazing families.
To encourage participation and keep our association running smoothly, we are introducing a Volunteer Bond for the 2026 season.
The Bond: A $300 commitment per player (collected via credit card pre-authorization at Registration).
The Goal: Acquire 15 points of volunteer service per player, or 25 points for multi-player families, during the season.
The Result: Once your points are completed and verified, your bond is cleared. No funds are ever processed if you meet your commitment!
Running a successful softball season requires more than just coaches and managers. We need help with tournaments, field maintenance, community events, and association-level tasks. This bond ensures the workload is shared fairly across our entire Angels family.
Opportunities will be available within each team, to be tracked and managed by each Team Manager. Association-level opportunities will also be posted throughout the season.
Keep an eye out for roles such as:
Evaluation Support
Clinic Volunteers
Tournament Setup and Diamond Prep
Assisting with Photo Day(s) or Fundraising Events
Photo Day Assistance
Team-specific roles (Team Treasurer, Fundraising, Scorekeeping, Umpire, etc.).
WE ALREADY HAVE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE! Check Out Our Volunteer Opportunities Page.
